Perfect installation good quality windows and doors extremely tidy and efficient fitters,small issue with the front door but it was dealt with in a timely manner, I have no hesitation in recommending Astral Windows.

We needed the roof of our conservatory replacing and chose Astral after being let down by another company. It was not a straightforward job as the base was not regular and we were nervous that we would face issues when it came to installation. We needn't have done though because everything went incredibly smoothly - the installers were prompt, efficient and tidy and the job was done on time and budget . We now have a watertight conservatory ( just as well at the moment) which also keeps cooler in the summer because of the partially reflective glass used. I rarely recommend people, but have no hesitation in doing so with Astral - Really nice people to deal with and a breath of fresh air in an industry full of sharks!

Sally got onto the case and she has sorted all of the post fitting issues. She is an absolute star. This would have been a 5 star review but the period when things went silent means I will make it a 4.

After a good fitting service, we have minor fixes needed to some doors and their after sales service is non existent and full of broken promises. Such a massive disappointment. Broken keys in locks, sliders that can only be opened one way … for a pro it’s probably a 20 min job to sort. But they won’t. Despite promising to for months.

Absolutely superb!!! A friend recommended this company, and I can see why - they are experts in their field. They supplied and fitted a new back door - a beautiful composite stable door design in sage green. They even happily fitted a dog flap, with great care. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
